We believe monetary and non-monetary poverty measures can be improved in poor communities.
From an income (or consumption) point of view the RISE should put people above the international poverty line, increasing the GDP per capita of every community.
Furthermore, our approach is multidimensional, improving the living standard of the people besides income. The 10 indicators of the Multidimensional Poverty Index and more than 100 indicators of the SDGs are included in our assessment criteria, in which we expect to see a fast improvement during the time spent in every community and a sustainable growth from that point on.
We offer 3 different possible Impact Level Agreement (ILA) for the RISE, transforming operating costs into investments and producing sustainable human development.
Each ILA has a different cost and a different outcome target for every service, and acknowledges a process of change providing a strategic and gradual cross-sector universal services delivery, sustained over the service period.
